Approach

From Munich city, take the A95 south to Garmisch-Partenkirchen, at Oberau (just before Garmisch) turn right towards Oberammergau. Take the first entrance to Oberammergau and then drive straight to the church tower.

Coming from Augsburg or Kempten, take also thefirst entrance and drive straight in to the center of town and there also to the church tower, which is seen from all over town.
